Reuse Water
Please call the Re-use Hotline – 321-733-5634 for status of re-use water lines when a break occurs.
 
To report a reuse line break, call 321-255-4328 or 321-633-2091.
 
Street Parking
Parking on the street between 12:00am and 7:00am is not allowed.  Also, vehicles must not block sidewalks at any time. (click here for more info)  Vehicles are subject to being ticketed by the Brevard County Sheriff.  If cars are parked on your street, please call the sheriff at 633-7162 to report the illegally parked cars. 
Trash Pickup

The collector shall not be required to furnish collection services on the following specified Holidays:

  • Memorial Day
  • Fourth of July
  • Veteran's Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
 
 

 

The Villages of Viera East is located on Clubhouse Road east of Murrell Road in Viera, Florida.  The Viera East Golfclub is located on Clubhouse Road west of Murrell Road.  The J. Ralph Williams Elementary School and Clubhouse Park are located just east of the Villages on Clubhouse Road.  The Villages includes approximately 225 homes in the Bennington, Somerville, and Templeton subdivisions.

Golf Carts
The Viera Company has published rules for the operation of golf carts.  The document refers to Chapter 106, Ordinances of Brevard County. Since golf carts are growing in popularity we are making these two documents available to our residents.
